巴西反壟斷機構CADE在近期已經批準了大自然集團無條件限制地收購雅芳公司。

　　得到巴西競爭管理機構的批準是完成此次交易中至關重要的一步，這其中也包含了一些其他需要達成的先決條件，如在各自司法管轄區的反壟斷審核批準。

　　這次收購宣布于2019年3月22日，一旦收購完成，將誕生世界第四大單一業務的化妝品公司。同時這也是大自然集團打造多品牌、多渠道、目標導向化妝品集團的關鍵步驟，這些品牌包括大自然（Natura）、美體小鋪（The Body Shop）以及伊索（Aesop）。

　　“得到了巴西競爭管理機構無限制條件的批準，我們感到非常高興，”大自然集團執行總裁Roberto Marques表示，“一切在都朝著計劃中期望的方向所推進，我們繼續期待著在2020年第一季度時交易的完成。”

　　這項批準決定將公布于巴西政府公報中，在正式生效前有15天的公示期。

 

　　Brazil’s Anti-Trust Authority Approves Natura’s Acquisition of Avon

　　CADE, Brazil’s anti-trust authority, has approved without restrictions the acquisition by Natura &Co of Avon Products, Inc.

　　Approval by Brazil’s competition authorities is one of the key steps towards the completion of the transaction, which remains subject to the fulfillment of other conditions precedent, including antitrust approval in other applicable jurisdictions.

　　Announced on May 22, 2019, the transaction will create the world’s fourth-largest pure play beauty company and is a major step in the creation by Natura &Co of a multi-brand, multi-channel, purpose-driven beauty group, which also includes Natura, The Body Shop and Aesop.

　　“We are very pleased to have received approval without restrictions from Brazil’s competition authority,” said Roberto Marques, executive chairman of Natura &Co. “The process is advancing according to our expectations, and we continue to expect a closing of the transaction by the first quarter of 2020.”

　　The decision, to be published in Brazil’s Official Gazette, is subject to the expiration of a 15-day legal deadline to be final.
