嘉康利中國所銷售的產品，大多都是在美國，日本和加拿大制造。已證明不含任何鄰苯二甲酸鹽（塑化劑）成份。下面是一份相關證明文件：

       To Whom It May Concern:

       1. All Shaklee products that are exported to the country of Taiwan are manufactured in the USA, Japan and Canada. None of the products are manufactured in Taiwan.

       所有出口到臺灣嘉康利分公司從原料配方到產品都是在美國、 日本和加拿大製造。沒有任何產品在臺灣生產。

       2. Shaklee Corporation does not add a cloudy agent to any Shaklee Products, and to the best of our knowledge and belief, Shaklee products are phlalate-free.

       在我們的知識和信念中，嘉康利公司不會添加任何起雲劑在嘉康利產品中，嘉康利產品不含任何鄰苯二甲酸鹽(塑化劑)成份。

       3. Shaklee Corporate uses phlalate-free packaging. We do not feel it is likely that our products would contain phlalates.

       嘉康利公司使用不含任何鄰苯二甲酸鹽(塑化劑)成份的包材。因此產品也不會有鄰鄰苯二甲酸鹽(塑化劑)的汙染。

       4. We have confirmed that none of our ingredients are provided by Yu Shen Chem. Co., Ltd., or Pin Han Perfumery Co., Ltd.

       我們證實嘉康利產品成分來源沒有從昱伸香料化學股份有限公司和賓漢香料有限公司進口。
