How much did you love tonight's Desperate Housewives?
I loved it very, very, very much.
So much good stuff in there—the little girl on the bike from earlier in the season, Mrs. Huber's creepy-ass sister, the fact that Zack is really a transvestite Dana... (Thanks, Yelli, for the earlier comment that I recieved while writing this post and stealing my thunder.)
And, of course, the Andrew-is-gay stuff (although, where is Ryan Carnes?) was fun. And, especially, the Gabrielle stuff—so compelling! John's back! Who's the daddy? And how about those scenes from next week?
We are blessed by the television gods. Thank them for the small pleasures...
(PS - Did y'all catch the spot-on DH/Vanity Fair spoof over at towleroad? Hilarious!)
Serious questions here—Did anybody notice if, in the first scene, the inexplicably-sexy George was wearing a UVM shirt? Anybody have it Tivo'ed? Please help!

Patrick and I commented on how strangely attractive George could be sometimes, too. I still don't know why, but there's somethign cute/sexy about him.And I'm not sure Zack is a tranny. Dana is a boys' name too.
I agree with nike, I don't think Zack is a tranny.Gabrielle is SO having John's baby.Although I think the twist the show needs is Andrew and John hooking up, I would be down with that! :)
although i missed the first 15 minutes, i was loving this episode. can you believe the jogging scene: gabrielle with her pink iPod mini, John with his "full-size" iPod classic (what a fucking commercial -- but it was still hot). i can't understand why they don't double-air the episodes on sundays like Bravo does. they should show the episode at 9 and then again at 11. we would get doble-john, and they could sell double ads. i would watch it twice! i was really enjoying boston legal, especially betty white and william shatner, but i like gross anatomy as well. sandra oh is my hero and when did patrick dempsey get so hot?
Yes -- I figure Zack is, and always has been, a boy -- but wouldn't it be scandalous if he turned out to be a girl?
