Highlight of my weekend? Bringing my big jar o' change to the supermarket and getting a whopping $57.01 out of it (and that's after the CoinStar machine stole $5.50 from me).

Woo hoo.

Duncan's back, too, and it wouldn't be a reunion, between us anyway, without some drama. I'm glad he's back, but there's a bunch of stuff going on that's making me extremely anxious. I really just need to get my head around all this "us" stuff and we need get on the same page with everything. Not that easy when there's lots of other things spinning around our lives—not the least of which is my parents' woes, which taps into my biggest and deepest fears.

Good times.

Like blogger-buddy Brian, I'm trying not to think about the negative stuff, and I don't think that complaining on the internet is going to help anybody. So I'm trying to focus on the sunshine and the change—not the scary changes that are coming in my life, but the change that bought me groceries.
